Cancellation policy

The reservation can be cancelled without penalty if done before 12:00pm on the seventh day prior to the expected arrival date. In the case of cancellation after this time the following will be debited:
-The first night of the stay for cancellations carried out after 12,00 pm of the seventh day prior to the expected arrival date.
-The first 2 nights of the stay for cancellations carried out after 12,00 pm of the third day prior to the expected arrival date.
-The entire amount of the stay in the event of a “No-Show” and for cancellations carried out the day of the expected arrival date.
Please advise us about your arrival time, due to the fact that our personnel will be waiting for you in order to deliver the keys, explain our organization, give several suggestions about how to get around the city, where you can have dinner and so on.

CHECK - IN    02.00 P.M. - 09.00 P.M.
CHECK - OUT 11.00 A.M.
Check out time is at 11,00 A.M. on the last day.  
Guests can take advantage of our free luggage deposit until the evening.

Credit card details are required only to guarantee your reservation(unless you have made your reservation for a pre-paid/non refundable stay). 
No amount will be charged on it, and payment of the entire stay will take place at the end.

CREDIT/DEBIT CARDS ( VISA, MASTERCARS, VISA ELECTRON, MAESTRO, PAGOBANCOMAT, AMERICAN EXPRESS AND DINERS CLUB)   
CHEQUES, TRAVELLER'S CHEQUES ARE NOT ACCEPTED.
